ABOUT
RYAN O’CONNELL
Owner/Principal
Prior to forming RDO Investments, Mr. O’Connell served as Vice President of Acquisitions for a privately held Real Estate Investment Trust based in Phoenix. During his tenure, the company closed greater than $300 million worth of single and multi-tenant offerings located throughout the US.
Prior to joining the Private REIT, Mr. O’Connell worked in Acquisitions for Cole Capital Partners in Phoenix, Arizona. At Cole, Mr. O’Connell closed in excess of $350 million worth of single and multi-tenant retail, office, and industrial assets in a two-year period. Within that time, he assisted in closing the company’s first private REIT offering in the amount of $100 million.
Prior to joining Cole in June 2004, Mr. O’Connell worked for the PetSmart Corporation at their corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. At PetSmart, he was responsible for site selection of new stores for the West Coast. Mr. O’Connell received an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix and has been an active participant with ICSC for the past 24 years.
Since starting RDO Investments in 2009, the company has transacted over $1.4 Billion dollars of Retail, Office and Industrial properties.
CHRISTIAN TODORAKEV
Associate Director
Prior to joining RDO Investments, Christian worked at Marcus & Millichap | The Mansour Group specializing in Single Tenant Net Lease Properties. At RDO Investments he continues with Buyer and Seller representation on single and multi-tenant retail throughout the country, on an off-market and listing capacity. Christian was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida before moving to Seattle, Washington. He graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Finance and Real Estate, further solidifying his comprehensive knowledge in these fields. In addition to his academic accomplishments, Christian is an active participant in esteemed organizations such as ICSC, NAIOP, and ULI, consistently engaging in professional development and industry networking. In addition to his professional life, Christian enjoys playing tennis, golf and hiking.
DANIEL GALLARDO
Associate Director
Prior to joining RDO Investments, Daniel worked at Marcus & Millichap | The Mansour Group specializing in Single Tenant Net Lease Properties. At RDO Investments he continues with Buyer and Seller representation on single and multi-tenant retail throughout the country, on an off-market and listing capacity. Daniel grew up all around the country starting in Alaska and moving as far east as Nebraska. He finally settled in San Diego for college where he obtained a degree in Business Management. Daniel is also an active participant in esteemed organizations such as ICSC and NAIOP, consistently engaging in professional development and industry networking. In addition to his professional life, Daniel enjoys MMA, Golf, and running.
